 Kids' Breakfast: Reindeer Pancakes

"The Smile-Maker for Christmas Morning" Reindeer Pancakes

"The Smile Maker for Christmas Morning" This is the recipe that got us started. It's less cooking and more making a joyful memory on a busy morning.

What you Need:

1 pre-made pancake (or a slice of toast in a pinch!)

  • 1 banana slice for the nose

  • 2 pretzel twist for the antlers

  • 2 chocolate chips or blueberries for the eyes

  • 1 red M&M or a cranberry for the nose tip (optional)

    Let's Make It!

    1. Pop your pancake or toast on the plate. This is the reindeer's face.

    2. Place the banana slice at the top for the snout.

    3. Gently press the two chocolate chips above the banana for his eyes.

    4. Break the pretzels in half and stick them right on top of his head for the antlers.

    5. Add the red M&M to the banana slice for a classic Rudolph nose!

Kids' Breakfast: Reindeer Pancakes:

Pro Tip from My Kitchen: Make a lot of reindeer pancakes ahead of time and put them in the freezer. On Christmas morning, just toast them and let the kids go to town with the decorations while you sip your coffee. Pure magic.
