 Santa fruit cups

I came up with this one when I was desperate to get some fruit into my kids after a day of cookie decorating. It was an instant hit.

What You Need:

  • A clear cup or small bowl

  • Vanilla or Greek Yoghurt

  • 1 Large strawberry

  • 1 banana slice

  • 1 chocolate chip

  • A spoonful of yoghurt for the beard

Let's Make It!

  1. Fill your cup about halfway with yoghurt.

  2. Slice the top off your strawberry this is Santa's hat! place it on the yoghurt at the edge of the cup.

  3. Put the banana slice right below the hat and press a chocolate chip onto it for his eye.

  4. Carefully add a dollop of yoghurt next to the banana to make his fluffy, white beard

Pro Tip from My Kitchen: Use a bag that has piping or a Ziplock bag with the corner cut off. It gives kids so much control and makes them feel like real pastry chefs!
